I’m the creator of Molecule Salon, industry lifer, and occasional human cat pillow.

I opened Molecule Salon in 2019, and added a second space in 2021. Both shops were designed to be a safe, welcoming, modern, and respectful environment where stylists can grow their careers without weird power dynamics or ego.

I specialize in blonding, creative color, haircutting, “problem” solving, and staying obnoxiously ahead of industry trends. I’ve taught creatively all over the world for multiple brands, worked stages, written hundred of classes, learned what works (and what absolutely does not), and had the privilege of being mentored by brilliant stylists from every background.

As an educator, I approach every class with compassion over pretension, always. The standard I hold myself to is simple: if I can’t explain a topic clearly, to all learning styles, I shouldn’t be teaching it (yet)

These days I’m focused on creating unbranded education, events, and mentorship; with an eye towards filling industry gaps on the stuff I wish existed when I was coming up.

Outside the salon? Proud human of immigrants. Raised in the Chicago music scene. Neurodivergent (Team anti microfiber). Mom. Veg. Lover of documentaries, museums, science, history, nature, painting, travel, animals, mysteries, coffee, cooking, and anything involving a power tool (insert drill sound)
